A Message from the President of BCSJ

Businesses Committed to South Jersey (BCSJ) is an organization focused on commercial real estate and economic development in the South Jersey region. The organization was originally founded in 1970 as the Third Friday Friars. As the group expanded, so did its focus on Burlington County, and thus the name changed to Businesses Committed to Burlington County or BC2. Eventually, as the group broadened its reach throughout all of the Southern New Jersey region, and in 2016 the organization became BCSJ. Our goal is to bring superior information, knowledgeable presentations, and relationship-building events to those in the community. Speakers consist of economists, developers, politicians, attorneys, brokers and other high-level executives.

Despite the challenges we have faced over the past several years and changes that lie ahead, BCSJ remains committed to helping those companies with business strategies to promote success. We are proud to announce that membership is growing as we continue to provide new and exciting information from varying viewpoints that affect real estate, our communities, our businesses and the people throughout the region. We encourage smart growth in real estate areas such as office, industrial, retail, and multifamily.

Please consider joining our dynamic networking group to further your connections and resources in the South Jersey region. Feel free to contact me or any of our board members with recommendations for events; your feedback is important to us. BCSJ values the opportunity to interact and network in a comfortable business environment. The goal is to help one another grow our businesses, receive valuable insight, and have fun! Let’s all be a part of the successes of South Jersey and the real estate market!
