A Message from the President of BCSJ

Businesses Committed to South Jersey (BCSJ) is an organization focused on commercial real estate and economic development in the South Jersey region. The organization was originally founded in 1970 as the Third Friday Friars. As the group expanded, so did its focus on Burlington County and the name changed to Businesses Committed to Burlington County or BC2. The group continued to grow and with a broadened reach throughout all of the Southern New Jersey region, in 2016 the organization became BCSJ. Our goal is to bring superior information, knowledgeable presentations and relationship-building events to those in the community. Speakers consist of economists, developers, politicians, attorneys, brokers and other high level executives.

The commercial real estate market has been BOOMING in the past couple of years and BCSJ is committed to helping those companies with business strategies to be successful. The membership is growing as we continue to provide updated data from varying viewpoints that affect real estate, our communities, our businesses and the people throughout the region. We encourage smart growth in real estate areas such as office, industrial, retail and multifamily.
