About the Speaker:

Joe Aristone is the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Leasing for PREIT, where he oversees revenue, marketing, and leasing strategy across the company’s portfolio of 16 malls. With extensive experience in retail and office leasing, Joe has completed millions of square feet of transactions with major national retailers and played a key leadership role during the merger that formed PREIT. In addition to his commercial real estate expertise, he has remained actively involved in civic, nonprofit, and business advocacy organizations throughout the Philadelphia and South Jersey region.
